Founding Chairman and Managing Director

A highly respected and experienced Co-operative professional He obtained his MBA, PGD (COOPS), HND Marketing respectively who began his working career in 1977 as a Co-operative inspector-in-training with the Kwara State Ministry of Commerce and Co-operatives and he rose to the post of Deputy Director of Co-operatives. Because of his diligent to service, he was giving letter of commendation by the Ministry in the year 1998.  Owing to his power of vision, courage and wealth of experience in Co-operative management and administration, he decided to form his own investment and management consultant after his retirement 2011.

While in the civil service he occupied various positions such as, Government Co-operative Inspector, Zonal/Area Registrar of Cooperatives, Head of audit and account, Chairman Co-operative Arbitration Panel, Member special audit panel, Principal Kwara cooperative training institute, Part-time lecturer Federal poly Offa and Kwara state staff development college Ilorin. He is also a Fellow Institute of Co-operative professionals of Nigeria, Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), Member, National Institute of Marketing (Chartered), President common welfare investment and credit Co-operative Society Ltd.

 

KAYODE OGUNRINDE

General Manager

A graduate of Public Accounting & Auditing sector. He started his career with (KINCO) Kwara Investment Corporation Guest House in Ilorin, Kwara State in the year 1997. He has worked as an Accountant in both Private and Government Establishment. Because of his diligent to service, he was awarded the best Accountant in the year 2007 at News Agency of Nigeria. He had worked in the Banking industry rising to the post of Branch Manager. He is very good in tax matters both personal and company tax. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ACE). With his wealth of experience in the tax services consulting industry, the Ayo-Funmi Investment and Management Consultants Limited is growing higher.

 

Dr. Sunday Adedayo

Programme Manager

A highly respected and experienced Co-operative professional he has MSC, MBA, BSC, PHD (Kwara State University (KWASU))., Co-operative and rural development who began his working career in 1982 as a Co-operatives inspector in training with the Kwara state Ministry of Commerce and Co-operatives and he rose to the post of Principal Registrar of cooperatives as at January 2000. While in the civil service he occupied various positions such as, Government Co-operatives inspector, Zonal/Area registrar of Co-operatives, Co-operative auditor, Secretary Co-operative Arbitration Panel, Principal Kwara Co-operative training institute, Head education and training Ministry of Commerce and Co-operative Part-time lecturer Federal poly Offa and later transferred his service to The department of Social Development and Co-operatives Kwara State Polythecnic Ilorin as senior lecturer in 2005. With is wealth of experience we have a solid teams.

 

OGUNBIYI SHOLA JOHNSON

Training Manager

Ogunbiyi Shola Johnson is a Cooperative Professional who graduated from University of Jos in 1986 with Bsc in Geography.

Between 1996 – 1997 he attended Kwara State Polytechnic and had his Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. He also attended the famous and prestigious Federal Co-operative College, Eleyele Ibadan between 1999&2000 for his Postgraduate Diploma in Cooperative studies.

Mr S.J Ogunbiyi also had his Master in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2009 and Msc  with National Open University ( Ilorin study centre ), PHD in View (Kwara State University (KWASU)).

He started his Civil Service career with Kwara State Government in 1990 as a University Graduate and has risen to the position of a Director of Cooperative Services, Kwara State. He participated in the formulation of National Cooperative Policy concluded in Abuja in November 2014.

Ogunbiyi Shola Johnson is an erudite Co-operative scholar who has contributed immensely and in no small measure to the development of Co-operative not only in Kwara State, but also in Nigeria.

 

SUNDAY ABIDOYE.

He is a graduate of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin in the year 1996, He also proceeded to Federal university of Technology, Oweri for his post Graduate Diploma in Accounting in the year 2004.
